Went looking for small souvenirs and this was the only shop open after 6PM (off-season). The lady working was very friendly and very helpful; I got the souvenir I was after and more. If you're looking for boots or other attire, this should be your first and only stop.

Even though we only purchased a small item from the shop the owner was very helpful in helping us find other items including a hat from an other dealer who was just across the road. As he did not stock what I was after. Being a tourist from France and just travelling through I cannot say enough but thanks

I like loud and crazy cowboy shirts and sometimes more conservative Wrangler shirts to punch cows in. This is a fantastic western wear store. Seems like it's easy to find good outfits. I bought a blue dark shirt and a Wyoming trader's camel colored vest to wear over it; it was on display together, somebody had put the outfit together. I wore it country western dancing and ended up going home with a woman and sleeping with her. This place gets 6/5 stars for that!

The Cowboy Palace is a cute shop specializing in hats, boots and western clothing that is not overpriced.My husband found an excellent pair of workboots that were cheaper than any store and a comparable price to Amazon. The owner was working and said he was keeping the store open as late as there were customers, and there were four of us in the store at 1030 pm. Very friendly.

The owner is a great guy. I met him when I came in a couple days ago. We had a great conversation with our similarities and he is very friendly and helpful. I love the playful dog in there too. I am an airline pilot from CA and turns out we have roots from the same area. I really enjoyed my visit. Will definitely come back next time I am in Cody!

I LOVE this store! He has a little bit of something for everyone!! The best selection in town of women's, men's, & kids Western wear! Lovely perfumes and colognes! Nice boots, jewelry, etc! N he really couldn't be a nicer man!! Make sure if you're in Cody, you stop by and grab a few things! Don't forget to say hi to Moses, The cutest Heeler ever!!

The owner was super nice, he told me a lot about the west, cody and wyoming in general, i bought a cash clip wich i now use daily. so a big thanks to the owner, i will for sure come back!

They have what Western stores usually have, but that's not the point, the guy working there is so friendly and helpful. What's more, this is a huge store, so even if all the Western stores sell the same brands, this one may have more designs.

Great selection for a working cowboy! Happy they carry my size. I love any chance I can get to go in and speak with the owner! Highly recommend!
